随着十八大会议思想在实践中的深入,全面深化改革开放将会是今后十年中国的主要目标。在经济体制、社会环境和经济形势的变革中,组织所面临的外部环境更加复杂,企业应该如何面对,大力完善企业内部权力体制、管理机制,进一步理顺职责结构,提升管理水平,在激烈的竞争中立于不败之地,成为新形势下摆在许多企业面前一个十分迫切的问题。在这种情况下,作为企业内的主要政工干部,应主动适应经济政治形势优化领导方式,领导企业团队建设,提升自我素养,审时度势,相机抉择,做出有效的领导行为。基于此,重新审视权变理论对于管理者领导管理方式的转变来提高我国企业的效益和增强管理的有效性具有很大的现实意义。
