在建筑能源审计中,冷水机组的现场测试及能耗评估对分析空调系统的能耗以至于整个建筑的能耗起着至关重要的作用。利用编制的能耗评估软件,得出实际运行工况下冷水机组的理论推算性能系数,将实测的性能系数与其进行比较,从而判断冷水机组的运行效率是否合理,能耗是否正常。针对两幢建筑物的工程实例,通过现场测试并进行能耗评估分析,验证了该冷水机组现场能耗评估软件的可靠性。
In building energy audits, field tests and energy consumption assessments of chillers play a crucial role in analyzing the energy consumption of air-conditioning systems and the energy consumption of the entire building. By using the software for energy consumption evaluation, the theoretical coefficient of performance of the chiller unit under actual operating conditions is obtained, and the measured coefficient of performance is compared with that of the chiller unit to determine whether the operating efficiency of the chiller unit is reasonable and the energy consumption is normal. According to the engineering example of two buildings, the reliability of on-site energy consumption evaluation software of the chiller is verified by on-site testing and energy consumption evaluation and analysis.
