在企业档案管理工作中,收集和管理档案的根本目的不仅仅是安全保存,更是为了加强档案的开发与利用,使其能够真正推动企业的发展。然而在档案信息资源的开发利用过程中,仍存在传统的被动服务形式和不重视档案利用信息反馈的两大问题,并已严重影响档案信息资源的开发与利用,阻碍了企业档案工作的健康发展。
In the enterprise archives management, the basic purpose of archiving and managing archives is not only to keep the archives safely, but also to enhance the development and utilization of the archives so that they can really promote the development of the enterprise. However, there are still two major problems in the development and utilization of archival information resources, such as the traditional forms of passive service and the lack of feedback on archives utilization, which have seriously affected the development and utilization of archival information resources and hindered the healthy development of archival work .
