针对高碳钢高拉一次补吹成功率比较低的现状,对不合格的炉次进行了跟踪统计,发现造渣不当、碳温不协调、渣料质量波动对高碳钢高拉一次补吹成功率影响比较大。为此,对3个主要影响因素进行了详细分析,根据分析结果提出了相应的工艺参数优化措施及加强渣料的质量跟踪管理,使高碳钢高拉一次补吹成功率由原有的93.4%的提高到了97.3%。
In view of the relatively low success rate of high-carbon steel high-tension charging, the unqualified furnaces were tracked and found that improper slagging, uncoordinated carbon temperature, fluctuating quality of the slag, The impact of success rate is relatively large.
