去年“国八条”之后,房价不降反升的迷雾仍未在城市的上空散去“九部门十五条”的颁布已经一月有余,房地产“热点”城市中,仅深圳率先出台了地方实施细则。市场出现了如去年两个“国八条”颁布后的交投冷清。上海的数据显示,6 月的商品房成交量比5月同期下跌超过 1/3;北京6月的夏季房展会亦不见了往昔火热的场面,人流量锐减一半左右。
