吡啶偶氮染料是测定钒的高灵敏显色剂。以吡啶偶氮染料—过氧化氢(或羟胺)为显色剂的混配络合物测定钒以及用非离子表面活性剂增敏的分光光度法在文献上均已有报道。 本文对比了三种吡啶偶氮染料在非离子表面活性剂或过氧化氢存在下与钒的显色反应。发现钒-3,5-二溴-PADAP-Triton X-100显色体系有较高的选择性和灵敏度。因此进行了详细的研究,并应用于岩矿分析,取得了良好的效果。
Pyridine azo dye is a highly sensitive reagent for the determination of vanadium. The spectrophotometric method for the determination of vanadium with the mixed complexes of pyridinium azo-hydrogen peroxide (or hydroxylamine) as a chromogenic agent and the sensitization with nonionic surfactants has been reported in the literature. This article compares the color reaction of three pyridine azo dyes with vanadium in the presence of nonionic surfactants or hydrogen peroxide. V-3,5-dibromo-PADAP-Triton X-100 color system was found to have high selectivity and sensitivity. Therefore, a detailed study was carried out and applied to rock and mine analysis with good results.
