采用超细活性废轮胎胶粉(UACR)和普通废轮胎胶粉(CR)分别制备了超细活性废胶粉改性沥青(UACRMA)和普通废胶粉改性沥青(CRMA).利用傅里叶红外光谱仪、扫描电镜、光学显微镜和旋转流变仪研究了改性沥青的微观结构和流变特性.结果表明:UACRMA体系中胶粉与基质沥青发生了化学和物理作用,UACR颗粒均匀地分布在基质沥青中,且随着UACR份数的增加,体系逐渐形成网络结构,回弹性能和高温稳定性逐渐增大,界面松弛逐渐减弱;而CRMA体系中胶粉与基质沥青仅发生了物理作用,CR颗粒较大,无法形成网络结构.
(UACRMA) and ordinary crumb rubber modified asphalt (CRMA) were prepared by UACR and CR respectively.Using Fourier The microstructure and rheological properties of the modified asphalt were studied by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, optical microscopy and rotational rheometer.The results showed that the UACRMA system chemically and physically interacted with the matrix asphalt and the UACR particles were uniformly distributed In the matrix asphalt, with the increase of the UACR fraction, the system gradually formed network structure, the resilience and high temperature stability gradually increased, and the interface relaxation gradually weakened. In the CRMA system, only the physical effect , CR particles larger, unable to form a network structure.
