研究鱼骨素对荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的影响。以S180 移植瘤小鼠作为研究对象 ,观察鱼骨素对其胸腺指数和脾指数的影响 ;分离荷瘤小鼠脾细胞 ,腹腔巨噬细胞 ,观察鱼骨素对荷瘤小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞酸性磷酸酶活性、吞噬鸡红细胞能力、诱生荷瘤小鼠脾细胞IL 2、γ IFN和腹腔巨噬细胞IL 1、TNF产生能力的影响。结果 ,鱼骨素能显著提高荷瘤小鼠胸腺指数和脾指数 (P <0 0 1) ;能激活荷瘤小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞并增强腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能 ;增强荷瘤小鼠脾细胞IL 2及腹腔巨噬细胞IL 1和TNF产生能力 (P <0 0 5 )。鱼骨素对荷瘤小鼠具有明显的免疫增加作用。
To investigate the effect of salmon bone on immune function in tumor-bearing mice. The S180 tumor-bearing mice were used as the research object to observe the effects of carp osteopontin on thymus index and spleen index; spleen cells of the tumor-bearing mice and peritoneal macrophages were isolated to observe the effects of carp osteopontin on the peritoneal giant tumor-bearing mice. Phagocytic acid phosphatase activity, ability to engulf chicken erythrocytes, induced IL-2, γ IFN in spleen cells of tumor-bearing mice, and IL-1 and TNF production ability in peritoneal macrophages. RESULTS: The results showed that husk osteopontin significantly increased the thymus index and spleen index of tumor-bearing mice (P < 0.01); it could activate peritoneal macrophages of tumor-bearing mice and enhance phagocytosis of peritoneal macrophages; enhanced tumor-bearing mice IL 2 and peritoneal macrophage IL 1 and TNF production ability of spleen cells (P <0 05). Herringbone has a significant immune-enhancing effect on tumor-bearing mice.
