爱力大厦房地产转让项目 爱力大厦位于海南省海口市长堤 路2号，属于海口市旧城区改造项目， 是海口市钟楼景点的标志性建筑，并 属于海南省政府打造的“海口外滩”的 中心建筑之一。爱力大厦于1992年动 工，1996年竣工，分 A、B 两区，A 区为 商业用途，B 区主要为公寓楼，总面积 37379．52平方米。本次转让标的为 23859．30平方米(自竣工后一直未投 入使用)，包括地下室2076．38平方米， 商场3744．38平方米，写字楼8228．46 平方米，公寓楼9810．08平方米。 转让价格：整体转让(不进行分割 转让)底价为人民币3600万元，房产 转让均价为1509元/平方米。
