航天系统的安全风险管理必须综合考虑诸多复杂因素 ,如安全性、费用、进度、技术可行性等各种属性 ,因此其安全风险决策是一个定性和定量相结合的多属性决策问题。考虑属性优越性和重要性两方面因素的模糊优选方法能够有效地用于支持此类决策分析。文中利用这种方法对航天系统中的一个决策实例进行了分析 ,并将结果与 AHP的结果进行了比较 ,表明对于此类决策问题应用模糊优选技术更为实用、有效。
The safety risk management of aerospace systems must consider various complex factors such as safety, cost, schedule, technical feasibility and so on. Therefore, its safety risk decision-making is a qualitative and quantitative multi-attribute decision making problem. The fuzzy optimization method that takes into account both the superiority and the importance of attributes can effectively be used to support such decision analysis. In this paper, an example of a decision-making in aerospace system is analyzed and the results are compared with the results of AHP, which shows that it is more practical and effective to apply fuzzy optimization to such decision-making problems.
