随着科学技术的迅速发展,图书馆事业出现了新的飞跃,大中型的图书馆相继采用了各种新技术,运用先进的技术设备提高服务工作的效能。至于县级图书馆如何运用现代技术的问题,可能有很大一部分县馆工作人员是没有信心的。因为目前每年国家拨给县馆的事业经费十分微薄,除了支付工作人员工资、补助和日常必要的使用之外。所剩的购书经费已是很少很少的了,哪里有资金购买现代新设备呢?“巧妇难为无米之炊”。
With the rapid development of science and technology, there has been a new leap in the cause of libraries.
