针对如何快速检测钻井液流变性能参数的问题,设计了一套钻井液流变性能参数检测系统。该系统主要检测钻井液在不同剪切速率下的钻井液剪切应力,并对剪切速率和剪切应力进行数据自动处理和显示,同时设计了一套温控系统,实现了流变性测定时钻井液温度的PID控制。通过LabVIEW编写的上位机界面,可以实现对数据的采集和显示,为钻井工程生产实践服务。
Aiming at the problem of how to quickly test rheological performance parameters of drilling fluid, a set of drilling fluid rheology parameter testing system was designed. The system mainly detects drilling fluid shear stress of drilling fluid under different shear rates, and automatically processes and displays the data of shear rate and shear stress. At the same time, a set of temperature control system is designed to achieve the determination of rheological properties PID control of drilling fluid temperature. The upper computer interface prepared by LabVIEW can realize the collection and display of data and serve the production practice of drilling engineering.
