本文从编辑的基本功能出发,从三个方面论述了学报编辑是对高层次文化的选择:(1)学报是高层次文化的载体;(2)学报编辑的功能是选择高层次的文化;(3)学报编辑如何选择高层次的文化。
Based on the basic functions of editors, this paper discusses that editors of journals should choose high-level culture from three aspects: (1) journal is the carrier of high-level culture; (2) editorial function of journal is to choose high-level culture; 3) Journal editors how to choose a high level of culture.
