本文采用水蒸气蒸馏法处理尿样,4-氨基安替比林比色测定尿中酚的浓度,当尿酚浓度在0—150mg/L范围内其吸光度读数与浓度呈密切直线相关(r=0.9997),方法回收率为93%,酚浓度为15、30、60、90和150mg/L时的变异系数分别为1.5%、1.4%、0.8%、1.1%及0.9%。方法的最低检出限为2mg/L。
In this paper, urine samples were processed by steam distillation, and the concentration of phenol in urine was measured by 4-aminoantipyrine colorimetric method. When the concentration of urinary phenol was in the range of 0-150mg / L, the absorbance readings were closely related to the concentration (r = 0.9997), the recoveries were 93%, and the coefficients of variation were 1.5%, 1.4%, 0.8%, 1.1% and 0.9% at phenol concentrations of 15, 30, 60, 90 and 150 mg / L, respectively. The minimum detectable limit of the method is 2mg / L.
