当我们穿越时间隧道,去回眸多年前的余铁民案,不由感慨多多,深思多多。无论是19年前的1986年,还是19年后的今天新年伊始,余铁民案位居当时上海反贪第一案的基本事实都是难以改变的。3万余元的受贿数在那个年代已经注定了大案重刑,而更具“第一”要素的是余铁民作为当时上海市委办公厅副主任、局级干部,身居要职,身份显赫。自建国以来,上海市委领导部门被判定刑的受贿者,余铁民是笫一人。
