本校的大学英语教师就他们的教师信念进行了问卷调查,主要包括大学英语教师信念、实际课堂教学以及学生英语学习的期待。结果发现大学英语教师信念和学生期待的英语学习方式有重叠之处也有脱节之处,通过定性和定量研究并分析原因,本文就如何统一师生信念、如何贯彻先进的教学理念在实际的课堂教学等方面提出了有针对性的建议。
College English teachers conducted a questionnaire survey on their teachers ’beliefs, including the beliefs of college English teachers, the actual classroom teaching and the expectation of students’ English learning. The results show that college English teachers ’beliefs and students’ expectation of English learning ways are also out of line with each other. Through qualitative and quantitative research and analysis of reasons, this paper discusses how to unify beliefs between teachers and students and how to implement advanced teaching concepts in practical classroom teaching And other aspects of the proposed recommendations.
