随着经济社会的发展,企业的生产规模日益扩大,市场竞争日益激烈,企业要想在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地,不仅仅依靠自身闯市场的能力,而更应该注重企业内部管理的完善,依靠企业自身内部控制的管理机制的成熟和管理能力的提高。只有建立了完善的内部控制机制并在管理中切实有效地执行,杜绝管理中的漏洞,这样才能使企业在激烈的市场竞争中永葆青春。本文试图从以下几方面对企业内部控制建设加以探析。
