目的:探讨下腹部横切口的愈合与美观。方法:回顾性分析2009年6月至2010年1月采用下腹部横切口行剖宫产术、子宫切除术、异位妊娠剖腹探查术等,皮肤皮下未缝合采用苯扎氯铵贴粘贴。结果:不缝合组:切口感染0例,无红肿、硬结、线接反应,术后平均院天数6.5天。缝合组:切口感染5例,平均住院天数8.5天,皮下硬结85例,线接反应91例,缝线疤痕93例。结论:下腹部横切口皮肤皮下未缝合采用苯扎氯铵贴粘贴切口愈合好,无异物刺激,无缝线反应,解剖层次对合整齐,切口平整呈线状,无缝线疤痕,消除了对拆线的恐惧,住院时间缩短,住院费用减少,切口美观。得到广大患者的一致好评。
Objective: To investigate the healing and esthetic appearance of transverse incision in the lower abdomen. Methods: The clinical data of cesarean section, hysterectomy and ectopic pregnancy exploratory laparotomy were retrospectively analyzed from June 2009 to January 2010.
