“Jiangsu water conservancy is taking off”, which is the affirmation of the leadership of the Ministry of Water Resources on the water conservancy work in Jiangsu. During the period of the Eighth Five-Year Plan, Jiangsu’s project of “treating Huaiji too” achieved remarkable results; the water conservancy economy was outshone; and Jiangsu Provincial Department of Water Resources won the title of “three consecutive championships” of advanced units of water conservancy in China. Water plugged in gold wings. - - Formulate incentive policies and give “Golden Wings” motivation to “develop science and education through water”, leading science and technology.
