在生产CMOS集成电路过程以及使用CMOSIC时须对电气性能进行预测及复测。特别作为生产单位需要有合能够比较方便而正确迅速地测试仪器来完成这项工作。根据这样要求我们设计了这台CMOS直流参数测试仪。仪器可以测试六个直流参数:(1)静态功耗(2)输入阻抗(3)逻辑功能(4)高低电平(5)抗干扰能力。仪器的总框各如下:
In the production of CMOS integrated circuit process and the use of CMOSIC electrical performance must be predicted and retest. Especially as a production unit needs to be able to more easily and correctly and quickly test the instrument to complete this work. According to this request, we designed this CMOS DC parameter tester.
