在蘑菇栽培中,当料层菌丝长满后,在其上面覆盖一层泥土,作子实体着生床,这已成为蘑菇栽培中一项重要的技术措施。诸暨县食用菌公司的科技人员,通过二年的试验创造了一种新的覆土技术,称为“砻糠人造泥覆土技术”。该技术采用了一次性覆土法,使掺于砻糠的人造泥覆土后,既能保湿,又通气,有利于蘑菇子实体的生长。现将这项覆土新技术简解如下:
