我的身份是人民教师,而且“是一名光荣的人民教师”。我的工作室从创建伊始就强调研究与实践相结合,承接的均是同城市更新、建筑更新领域相关的研究型设计项目。指点学生通过对既有理论的试验和检验,从中发现深化研究的契机;引导学生更加关注既有研究成果的转化,让他们亲身体验理想需要通过多少努力才能在多大程度上变为现实。老板和员工,老师和学生,关系不一样。设计研究工作,一般是由一到两位博士生与若干名硕士生共同组成设计团队。有些历史街区更新项目,甚至需要十几人进行几十天的现场调研与资料分析整理,
