[目的]了解体温计生产中汞对生产环境污染状况和对职工健康的影响程度。[方法]通过对某体温计厂的职业卫生调查,结合职工职业性健康检查,采用职业流行病学方法对资料进行分析。[结果]该温度计厂职工口腔疾病的患病率为37.09%,精神系统疾病的患病率为5.63%,轻度汞中毒的检出率为26.29%,观察对象的检出率为72.77%,尿汞平均值为24.41mg/L,生产现场空气汞浓度平均pc-TWA为0.05mg/m3,pc-STEL为0.10mg/m3,均超过国家标准。[结论]该体温计厂在生产过程中汞对职工的危害程度是非常严重的。同时也表明我国《职业性汞中毒诊断标准》(GBZ/89-2002)存在着不足之处。
[Objective] To understand the influence of mercury on the pollution of production environment and the health of workers in the production of thermometers. [Methods] Through occupational health survey of a thermometer plant, combined with occupational health checks of workers, the data were analyzed by occupational epidemiology. [Result] The prevalence rate of mouth disease was 37.09%, mental illness rate was 5.63%, mild mercury poisoning rate was 26.29%, the detection rate of observation object was 72.77% The average urinary mercury was 24.41mg / L, the average mercury concentration on the production site was 0.05mg / m3 for pc-TWA, and 0.10mg / m3 for pc-STEL, all exceeding the national standards. [Conclusion] The hazard of mercury to workers in the process of thermometer plant was very serious. At the same time, it also shows that our country “professional mercury poisoning diagnostic criteria” (GBZ / 89-2002) there are deficiencies.
