目的 研究大肠癌组织胃泌素表达与增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)及核仁组成区嗜银染色(AgNORs)的关系。方法 采用免疫组化和改良银染法检测 4 8例大肠癌患者癌组织及癌旁粘膜胃泌素和PCNA的表达及AgNORs计数。结果 大肠癌组织胃泌素阳性率为 3 9 5 8% ,高分化腺癌明显高于低分化和粘液腺癌 (P <0 0 5 )。癌组织的PCNA LI及AgNORs计数显著高于癌旁粘膜和正常粘膜(P <0 0 1) ,胃泌素阳性表达组癌组织PCNA LI和AgNORs计数均明显高于胃泌素阴性表达组 (P <0 0 1)。结论 部分大肠癌细胞可通过自分泌方式合成产生胃泌素 ,促进癌细胞的增殖。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of gastrin in colorectal cancer tissue and PCNA and AgNORs. Methods Immunohistochemistry and modified silver staining were used to detect the expression of gastrin and PCNA and the AgNORs counts in 48 cases of colorectal cancer. Results The positive rate of gastrin in colorectal cancer tissue was 395.8%, and the well-differentiated adenocarcinoma was significantly higher than that of poorly differentiated and mucinous adenocarcinoma (P < 0.05). The counts of PCNA LI and AgNORs in the cancer tissue were significantly higher than those in the adjacent mucosa and normal mucosa (P < 0.01). The counts of PCNA LI and AgNORs in the gastrin-positive expression group were significantly higher than those in the gastrin-negative expression group (P <0 0 1). Conclusion Some colorectal cancer cells can synthesize gastrin by autocrine and promote the proliferation of cancer cells.
