压电应变常数d_(33)是引爆用压电陶瓷的一个重要性能参数。国内目前主要用静态法来测试这个参数。由于静态法测试误差较大,因此在生产验收中,d_(33)一直是一个有争议的指标。本文介绍了用100Hz交变振动力作用于压电陶瓷的准静态d_(33)测试方法。证明准静态测试法准确度高,又很方便实用,适于工厂和实验室使用,是一种值得推荐的测试方法。现在这种测试方法的国家标准已进入审定阶段。
The piezoelectric strain constant d_ (33) is an important performance parameter of piezoelectric ceramics for detonation. At present, the main method to test this parameter with static method. Due to the large static error test, d_ (33) has always been a controversial indicator in the production acceptance. This paper introduces a quasi-static d_ (33) test method using 100Hz alternating vibrational force on piezoelectric ceramics. Proved quasi-static test method with high accuracy, but also very convenient and practical, suitable for use in factories and laboratories, is a recommended test method. Now this method of testing the national standard has entered the validation stage.
