2016年第四季度市场供求状况主要呈现出以下几方面特征:1.市场需求略大于供给。与去年同期和上季度相比,市场供求人数同比和环比均有所减少。从供求对比看,用人单位通过公共就业服务机构招聘各类人员约433.5万人,进入市场的求职者约384.5万人,岗位空缺与求职人数的比率约为1.13,比去年同期和上季度均上升0.03,市场需求略大于供给。从供求总量看,与去年同期相比,本季度的需求人数和求职人数分别减少了17.2万人和27.5万人,
Market supply and demand in the fourth quarter of 2016 mainly presents the following characteristics: 1. The market demand is slightly larger than the supply. Compared with the same period of last year and the previous quarter, the market supply and demand decreased both on a year-on-year basis and on a month-on-month basis.
