BA与IAA不同浓度组合处理,对红掌试管苗生长的影响效果有显著差异。在供试浓度范围内,红掌试管苗增殖最佳组合为H10(BA∶IAA为3∶1),增殖达384倍;高生长最佳组合为H3(BA∶IAA为5∶3),最大高度达422cm。附加CH和YE试验结果表明:CH对红掌试管苗增殖高生长及壮苗生长都有影响,附加CH50mgL增殖最大达420倍,附加150mgL最利于长高,最大高度达448cm,CH<100mgL利于壮苗生长;附加YE利于红掌试管苗的增殖,但不利于高生长和壮苗生长。
