校本教研是新课程改革创新性举措之一,在促进教师专业成长、提升学校办学品位上起到了举足轻重的作用。本文作者从市级教研员的角度,运用文献研究、问卷调研、课堂观察和行动研究等方法,针对太原市中学美术校本教研的现状,着重从教师主体意识的提升和课堂教学水平的提升两方面对如何提高中学美术学科校本教研的有效性阐述了具体的实践探索策略。
School-based teaching and research is one of the innovative measures in the new curriculum reform. It plays a decisive role in promoting the professional growth of teachers and enhancing the quality of school running. From the perspective of city-level teaching and research staff, this paper applies the methods of literature research, questionnaire research, classroom observation and action research to analyze the status quo of teaching and research in the middle school fine arts school in Taiyuan, focusing on the improvement of teachers’ subjective awareness and classroom teaching How to improve the effectiveness of high school art discipline school-based teaching and research elaborated the concrete practice exploration strategy.
