在餐馆内比较了3种餐具洗消方法的效果。第一种方法是用KJX-1型消毒液发生器(甘肃省科教仪器厂产)产生的次氯酸钠溶液浸泡餐具2~3分钟。试验用次氯酸钠溶液是将3.5%氯化钠溶液在发生器中通电1小时所形成的,含有效氯4000 mg/L。第二种方法为煮沸法,即将餐具在水中煮沸15分钟。第三种方法为洗涤法,即用30℃水将餐具洗净控干后采样。采样用滤纸粘贴法。以细菌总数少于20个/cm~2,大肠菌群与肠道致病菌在50 cm~2样品中不得检出
