随着高校持续扩招且高校发展学生党员力度的加大,高校毕业生党员人数也在不断增加。由于毕业生党员主要存在党支部党员相对比较分散、难以集中,部分毕业生党员思想不稳定、党员意识弱化等特点,不利于对党员的教育管理,不利于党的自身建设。本文在分析毕业生党员特点的基础上,针对这些特点进行了加强高校毕业生党员教育管理工作的对策研究,以期完善对毕业生党员的管理。
With the continuous expansion of college enrollment and college student party members to develop more efforts, the number of college graduates are also increasing. Due to the fact that the majority of graduates ’party members are relatively scattered and difficult to concentrate, some graduates are not stable in their thinking and their party members’ awareness is weakened, which is unfavorable to the education and management of party members and not conducive to the party’s self-construction. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of graduates, this paper studies the countermeasures of strengthening the education and management of college graduates in view of these characteristics, with a view to improving the management of graduates.
