教育是当今社会发展的关键。教育发展需要优秀教师人才,而优秀的教师则需要不断的培养,不仅是职前的理论教育培养,职后的教学创新培养也扮演着重要的角色。本文针对现在中国教师职后教育的现状,分析职后教育中出现的教师职后教育体系不完善等问题,并提出了关于培训机构、培训体系、教师激励制度等方面的建议。
Education is the key to the development of today’s society. The development of education needs excellent teachers and talented teachers, while outstanding teachers need continuous training. It is not only theoretical education and training for post-service teachers, but also innovative teaching and training for post-employment plays an important role. In view of the current situation of post-education teachers in China, this paper analyzes the problems such as the imperfect post-education system in post-service education and puts forward suggestions on training institutions, training system and teacher incentive system.
