为探讨藻蓝蛋白对瘤细胞的杀伤作用,用含有100μg/ml、50μg/ml、25μg/ml藻蓝蛋白的1640营养液处理大肠癌细胞株HR8348。6小时后,采用波长630nm的铜蒸气泵浦染料脉冲激光照射12J/cm2,继续培养24小时,MTT法测得细胞成活率分别为22.1%、37%和89.7%,显示出线性剂量效应。与光敏剂蚕砂卟啉CPD4比较,证明藻蓝蛋白杀伤肿瘤细胞优于CPD4,有明显的光敏效果,且无毒,粗制品已用于营养食品的强化剂,可能成为一种肿瘤激光治疗的光敏剂。
To investigate the killing effect of phycocyanin on tumor cells, colorectal cancer cell line HR8348 was treated with 1640 nutrient solution containing 100 μg/ml, 50 μg/ml, and 25 μg/ml phycocyanin.
