当前乡镇落实党风廉政建设责任制存在的问题有,思想认识不到位,制度不健全或落实不够到位,队伍力量不足、监管不到位,责任追究机制没有落实到位。抓好党风廉政建设责任制落实,须强化责任担当,做到强化责任风险意识,健全完善体制机制,抓队伍建设管理,加大责任追究力度,加强涉农项目资金监督,做到运行规范,管理规范。
