[目的]研究后肢接振对家兔血清及组织中神经生长因子与受体的影响。[方法]将32只新西兰兔随机分为低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组3个实验组和1个对照组。3个实验组的接振剂量(4 h等能量频率计权加速度)分别为4.33、8.67、17.34 m/s2进行接振试验,对照组只接触与中剂量组相同的噪声声级。接振试验结束后,用酶联免疫法测定家兔血清及组织中神经生长因子及受体的浓度。[结果]与对照组比较,中剂量组、高剂量组血清及组织中神经生长因子的含量均升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),中剂量组、高剂量组组织中神经生长因子受体含量均升高(P<0.01)。[结论]后肢接振所致家兔血清及组织中神经生长因子与受体浓度的升高,可能与振动性神经损伤的发生有一定联系。
[Objective] To study the effect of hind limb vibration on nerve growth factor and its receptor in serum and tissue of rabbits. [Method] 32 New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into three groups: low dose group, middle dose group and high dose group and one control group. The experimental group’s vibration-absorbing dose (4 h and other energy-frequency weighted acceleration) were 4.33, 8.67 and 17.34 m / s2 respectively. The control group only exposed the same noise level as the middle dose group. After vibration test, the concentrations of nerve growth factor and its receptor in rabbit serum and tissues were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. [Results] Compared with the control group, the content of nerve growth factor in the medium and high dose groups were significantly increased (P <0.05, P <0.01). The nerve growth factor Body contents were increased (P <0.01). [Conclusion] The increase of nerve growth factor and its receptor in rabbit serum and tissues induced by hind limb vibration may be related to the occurrence of vibrational nerve injury.
