当前一体化教学改革正在北京市重点职业院校稳步推进,以一体化教学在食品微生物检验中的应用为例,通过对一体化教学模式下的教师、一体化教学模式下的学生、一体化的教学内容、基于行动导向的教学过程和一体化的教学环境等五个方面的论述,详细阐释了一体化教学在食品微生物检验实践中的经验、体会和问题,并对如何上好这门课及如何应对其中出现的问题进行了探索,希望可以为其他学校或专业的一体化教学改革提供借鉴参考。
