目的快速检测食物中毒标本中的金黄色葡萄球菌。方法采集到的肛拭子和剩余食物标本直接进行金黄色葡萄球菌荧光定量PCR检测,并做分离培养。结果从采集到的肛拭子和剩余食物标本分离到金黄色葡萄球菌,而且PCR检测结果阳性。结论金黄色葡萄球菌是此次食物中毒的病原体。
Objective Rapid detection of Staphylococcus aureus in food poisoning specimens. Methods The collected swabs and remaining food samples were directly tested by real-time quantitative PCR of Staphylococcus aureus and were isolated and cultured. Results Staphylococcus aureus was isolated from collected swabs and remaining food samples, and the results of PCR tests were positive. Conclusion Staphylococcus aureus is the pathogen of food poisoning.
