1 引 言 钼是人体必需微量元素,有着重要的生理作用.关于钼的电化学分析测定,早有报道,而生物样品中钼的电化学分析测定,报道较少.经反复实验摸索,发现降低 H2SO4的酸度,Mo(Ⅵ)之峰电位负移;加入 Na2SO4,使工作曲线与实际样品测定之峰电位与峰形完全一致.故将 0.25 mol/L H2SO4-1.5%苦杏仁酸-15% Na-ClO3体系改进为:pH=1.5(H2SO4)-0.11 mol/L Na2SO4-0.048 mol/L 苯羟乙酸-0.63 mol/L NaClO3体系,用于测定天然椰子汁、茉莉花、黛黛花、茶叶、人发等生物样品中痕量钼的测定,取得了令人满意的结果.
