本研究对１５６例经手术验证的风湿性二尖瓣思者进行了二尖瓣的定量超声病理学研究。研究结果表明，三种病理类型的二尖瓣病组间的超声二尖瓣灰阶值、高灰阶区长度／瓣叶长度比值、瓣叶厚度、膛索长度及其校正值、二尖瓣－室间隔角测值均有显著的差异（Ｐ＜０．０５～０．０１）。我们还对离体二尖瓣作了超声灰阶分析。本方法有助于分析风湿性二尖瓣病变的病理分型，为心脏外科选择二尖瓣病的手术治疗方式提供了定量超声病理学指标。
This study of 156 cases of rheumatic mitral valve surgically verified by quantitative ultrasound pathology of mitral valve. The results showed that the mitral valve gray value, the ratio of the length of the gray area to the length of the valve leaflet, the thickness of the valve leaflet, the length of the looper wire and the corrected value of the mitral valve disease among the three pathological types of mitral valve disease group, There was a significant difference in measured values of ventricular septum (P <0.05 ~ 0.01). We also performed an ultrasound grayscale analysis of isolated mitral valve. The method can be used to analyze the pathological type of rheumatic mitral valve disease and provide quantitative ultrasound pathological indexes for surgical treatment of mitral valve disease in cardiac surgery.
