自2010年10月1日起,浙江省杭州市总工会对已建立工会组织的单位,实行了工会经费地税代收和直接拨付相结合的收缴方式。为了深入研究工会经费收缴方式改变对基层工会经审工作产生的影响,及时提出工作对策,市工业工会经审会组织力量,对系统所属的12家企业作了专题调研。本次调研的12家企业中,国有及国有控股企业7家、民营企业5家,有11家企业2010年实现盈利。
