熔胶座移动板,要求铸件不得有砂眼、气孔、裂纹等缺陷,清砂方便干净。该铸件为壁厚较均匀的中型球铁铸件,浇注过程不易出现冷隔浇不足的现象。利用球墨铸铁中石墨的自补缩能力,我们参考均衡凝固理论方法,设计了浇注系统和冒口,合理控制浇注温度;针对铸件的结构及性能特点,确定了铸造工艺参数、分型面及砂芯,然后利用计算机模拟计算分析缩松缩孔等缺陷问题,以及冒口的加设等,逐步改进设计浇注系统方案,得到了最终的优化方案。
