中国海事仲裁委员会(CMAC)成立于1959年1月22日,附属于中国国际贸易促进委员会(中国国际商会),是中国唯一受理国内外海事海商争议的专业仲裁机构。
The China Maritime Arbitration Commission (CMAC) was established on January 22, 1959 and is affiliated with the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT). It is the only professional arbitration institution in China that accepts disputes over maritime merchants both at home and abroad.
