为实现对旋耕机扭矩的远程实时监控,采用应变片对旋耕机扭矩进行实时检测,利用zigbee无线数据传输模块对采集到的扭矩进行远程传输.采用锂电池对系统供电,利用电压升降压模块,将锂电池输出电压转换成系统各部分的工作电压,利用ARM单片机对采集到的数据进行处理,并控制zigbee模块进行数据传输,实现旋耕机扭矩的无线远程实时测量.再通过Labview搭建数据显示平台,对接收到的数据进行分析处理.实验表明,系统运行稳定,能够实现旋耕机扭矩无线远程实时检测.
In order to realize the real-time remote monitoring of rotary tiller torque, strain gauge is used to detect the torque of rotary tiller in real time, and the collected torque is transmitted remotely by zigbee wireless data transmission module.The system is powered by lithium battery, Voltage module to convert the output voltage of lithium battery into the working voltage of each part of the system, process the collected data by using ARM microcontroller, control the data transmission of the zigbee module and realize the wireless remote real-time measurement of torque of rotary cultivator. Set up a data display platform to analyze and process the received data.The experiment shows that the system runs stably and realizes the wireless remote real-time detection of rotary tiller torque.
