1资料与方法1.1一般资料本组年龄22~40岁,平均31岁;孕次1~4次,平均2次;结婚年龄22~34岁,平均27岁。手术史:7例患者分娩方式为4例行会阴侧切阴道分娩;3例行子宫下段剖宫产手术。合并症:卵巢子宫内膜异位症1例,原发性痛经2例,子宫肌腺症4例。临床表现经期切口疤痕处周期性疼痛7例
1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General Information The group aged 22 to 40 years, mean 31 years; pregnancy times 1 to 4 times, an average of 2; married age 22 to 34 years, mean 27 years. Surgical history: 7 cases of delivery mode for 4 cases of perineal lateral vaginal delivery; 3 cases of uterine cesarean section surgery. Complications: 1 case of ovarian endometriosis, 2 cases of primary dysmenorrhea, 4 cases of adenomyosis. Clinical manifestations of menstrual scar incision in 7 cases of recurrent pain
