1994年11月29日至12月3日由上海市计委委托上海投资咨询公司组织北京、上海、天津、广州、武汉和成都等地20位专家组成专家组,对上海市隧道工程设计院主编、上海地铁总公司、上海市规划设计研究院、上海市城市综合交通规划研究所和北京市城建设计研究院参编的“上海市地下铁道2号线一期工程可行性研究报告”进行了预评估,参加会议的还有中国国际工程咨询公司社会项目部、建设部计财司和建设部城建司的领导和代表。
From November 29 to December 3, 1994, Shanghai Planning Commission entrusted Shanghai Planning Consultants to organize 20 experts from Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Guangzhou, Wuhan and Chengdu to organize an expert group to Shanghai Tunnel Engineering Design Institute , Shanghai Subway Corporation, Shanghai Urban Planning and Design Institute, Shanghai Urban Transport Planning Institute and Beijing Urban Construction Design Institute for the “Shanghai Metro Line 2 a feasibility study report” conducted a pre-assessment Also present at the meeting were the leaders and representatives of the Social Project Department of China International Engineering Consulting Corporation, the Department of Construction Finance and the Urban Construction Department of the Ministry of Construction.
