早睡早起不可绝对化 许多人主张早睡早起,认为这样有利于健康。其实,每个人的情况不同,因而也就应根据自己的身体和生活状况,合理地安排睡眠时间。早睡不见得能早起,睡眠时间过长也对健康不利,并且晚饭后很快卧床睡觉,还会使血流分散,影响消化。早起的弊病也很多:心脏病在凌晨发作的比例最高;患过敏性鼻炎的病人,太早起床易发病;晨练者若天未亮就走到屋外,会直接吸入冷空气,容易患呼吸系统疾病。
