目的:探讨新疆产血苋总黄酮提取工艺优化的方法。方法:采用分光光度法,以芦丁为对照品测定新疆产血苋总黄酮含量,采用单因素试验法对新疆产血苋中黄酮类化合物提取率的主要影响因素进行分析,利用正交试验优化总黄酮提取的最佳工艺条件。结果:新疆产血苋黄酮类化合物提取的最佳条件为:乙醇浓度60%,提取温度75℃,料液比1∶40,提取时间120 min,在最佳条件下总黄酮提取率为6.46%。结论:该优选工艺具有提取率高、操作简便、成本低等特点。
Objective: To explore the optimization of extraction technology of total flavonoids in Xinjiang blood amaranth. Methods: The content of total flavonoids in S.aeruginae was determined by spectrophotometry with rutin as reference substance. The main influencing factors of extraction rate of flavonoids from S.aerugina in Xinjiang were analyzed by single factor test. The orthogonal test The best extraction conditions of total flavonoids. Results: The optimum extraction conditions of Flavonoids from Xinjiang were as follows: ethanol concentration 60%, extraction temperature 75 ℃, solid-liquid ratio 1:40 and extraction time 120 min, under the optimal conditions, the extraction rate of total flavonoids was 6.46% . Conclusion: The optimized process has the characteristics of high extraction rate, easy operation and low cost.
