笔者从事多年的初中数学教学,在教学中发现不少初中学生之所以数学成绩不佳,并不是因为缺乏学习动机和勤奋刻苦,而是因为缺乏科学管理学习的能力。那么,学生究竟怎样科学地管理自己的学习呢?笔者在教学实践中体会认识到,引导学生科学地管理自己的学习要做好以下几点。一、数学课堂学习的管理数学课堂学习是初中生学习数学的主战场,决定着一个学生数学成绩的好坏。同时又是一件十分复杂的事情,既有领悟、记忆等认知活动,也有情感、意志等情意活动。
