目的:为合理利用现有杀虫剂资源,测定了抗溴氰菊酯淡色库蚊对15种常用杀虫剂的敏感性。方法:采用幼虫浸液法,以Finney机率分析软件计算LC50。结果:对DDT、丙体六六六、DDVP、敌百虫、辛硫磷、马拉硫磷、杀螟松、二氧威、残杀威、巴沙、氯氰菊酯、胺菊酯、丙烯菊酯、二氯苯醚菊酯和苄呋菊酯的抗性系数分别为680、892、090、118、096、129、120、160、227、151、2089、2314、1245、5871和3662。结论:当淡色库蚊对溴氰菊酯产生抗性后,宜换用或混用有机磷或氨基甲酸酯类杀虫剂。
Objective: To determine the sensitivity of Culex pipiens pallens to 15 commonly used insecticides in order to make rational use of existing pesticide resources.
