科普教育能提高公民的科学文化素质和国家的科技竞争力。在垃圾分类领域的科普有助于提高公民垃圾分类的意识,掌握正确的垃圾分类方法;有助于公民行使监督权利,保护个人权益;有助于公民抵制伪科学。初等教育担负着重要的科普责任,在初等教育进行科普教育可以培养小学生的科研兴趣,弥补家庭科普教育的不足,带动提高全社会的科学素质。
Popular science education can improve citizens’ scientific and cultural qualities and the country’s scientific and technological competitiveness. Science popularization in the field of waste classification helps to raise the awareness of citizens’ garbage classification, grasp the correct method of waste classification, help citizens to exercise their supervision rights and protect their rights and interests, and help citizens to resist pseudo-science. Primary education shoulders an important responsibility for popular science. Conducting popular science education in primary education can raise the interest of primary school students in scientific research, make up for the lack of popular science education in the family, and promote the scientific quality of the entire society.
