最近,笔者在一项婚姻状况调查中发现,农场青年人的通婚圈也和一般农村一样,呈现一种逐步缩小的趋势,正由场内外通婚向队内通婚转变。一个生产队近年来37对已婚夫妇中就有17对属队内通婚。这种近源婚配现象在我们农场比较普遍,并已带来明显的不良后果。一是由此而生的民事纠纷明显增多。由于亲家离得近,夫妇间为家庭琐事而发生的争吵打闹常发展到双方父母家庭之间的纠纷。如前年一队内通婚夫妇一次偶然口角,女方父母知道后便出面干涉,批评并出手打发女婿,引起男方父母不满争执不下,双方父母遂大动干戈。男方母亲卧床不起过半年之久。此后纠纷不断,给民事调解人员带来压力。二是导致早婚早育,给计生工作带来压力。生产队一些尚不够法定婚龄的青年男女相忍,由朝夕相守发展到同居,为避丑遂早
